We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The dinners were amazing, offering a delicious variety of dishes. The outdoor onsen was truly magical, especially when it snowed. We also loved our Japanese style room, with its comfy futon and unique straw pillow. The hotel staff was very friendly and made an effort to speak English, which we appreciated. The shuttle service was timely, and the multiple bath options, including mixed bathing, were a great addition to our experience.
Nothing, all great.

We had an amazing weekend at a beautiful onsen hotel in Iwate. One of the best things about the hotel was the delicious food, we had a traditional Japanese dinner that was simply amazing. Another great thing was that the onsen had multiple options, including an outdoor bath that was simply magical. We particularly enjoyed it in the snowy weather. , the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcomed during our stay.
Although we had a wonderful time, there were a few drawbacks. The smell of smoke in our room was quite unpleasant.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I liked the fact that it was located close to some breathtaking natural attractions, such as mountains and rivers. the staff was friendly and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. Another plus point was that they offered free Wi-Fi, so I was able to stay connected with my loved ones.
the smell of smoke was so overwhelming that it ruined the entire experience for me.
